Leadership related individual challenges and possibilities are approached with Denison LDS 360 feedback (Figure 9), LDS Change monitor feedback, and coaching sessions. Denison LDS offers participants a chance to compare own scores against international norms. LDS is well suited for senior executives responsible for strategy creation and execution.
